Q2. What are we fundraising for?

A2. All funds raised will be used to provide new community and sports facilities for the adderbury community, clubs, societies and village organisations at the Milton Road site, and the Lucy Plackett Playing Field.

Q3. How can I get involved with WFAC?

A3. We welcome all new supporters who want to improve facilities for all, and you can let us know by going to our Contact page;  please email adderburypc@hotmail.com to get in touch if you are interested in playing a positive role in the group and are offering support or help.

Q4. I am involved in a local group/society, is there anything we can do to help?

A4. We need village organisations, clubs and societies to organise an event or activity which will help raise funds for the new facilities. Please let us know your plans and if you need help from the WFAC support group.

Q5. Do you have experience in applying for grants?

A5. The project has already secured an excellent site at Milton Road, and needs substantial grants so that the Community Building can be funded. Please let us know if you can help with the task of presenting our case and applying to Funding organisations.

Q6.  How can I check on the progress with the project?

A6.  An update report is submitted to every meeting of the Parish Council.  Click on the 'Meetings and News' tab and then choose 'Past Meetings' and check the list of reports and the minutes of each Parish Council meeting.
